If there is a decision to be made, say between a Friday night Continuing Care group and a Monday night Continuing Care group, and one benefits them more than you, they will do anything they can to convince you it's better for you. Mary gave me a choice between the two. On Monday thru Thursday due to my work schedule and traffic I was often late to the IOP. Then my on Fridays I would have one off and the next I will get off work an hour earlier. So I wasn't ever late for them. This was our conversation about scheduling Continuing Care: Mary: "I just think Monday's would be better for you." Me: "Why?" Mary: "Because of your schedule for work." Me after re explaining my Friday schedule again: "but Friday is better." Mary: "well I still just think Monday's would be better for you." Why give an option if you're hell bent choosing for someone? It was like she couldn't hear me or like I was speaking Swahili.
